As an adult I continue to shape my identity and I’m often overwhelmed by the pace and pressures of contemporary life. I return often to the memory of my adolescence—a time when connecting with my inner voice felt more natural, just before the digital age reshaped our ways of relating to ourselves and others. This project emerges from both nostalgia and concern: How does constant connectivity affect the inner lives of today’s youth? Through photography and conversation, I enter the everyday spaces of teenagers, observing their routines and listening closely. By spending time with them and creating images within their environments, I aim to foster a shared space for introspection—one that invites both them and myself to pause, reflect, and rediscover the quiet clarity of self-awareness.
